Procedimiento
Para realizar un alargamiento de pene, primero se realiza una zetaplastia en la parte del pubis para darle longitud al área superior del pene para que pueda caer más. Segundo que se realiza en ese caso, es una zetaplastia en el área del escroto para poder reclutar piel. Tercero, soltar el ligamento peneano para que también caiga más el pene. Cuarto que se puede hacer, es usar una grasa propia para aumentar el grosor del área peneana
Recuperación
La recuperación es relativamente rápida, aproximadamente 2 semanas. Se dejan unos puntos en el área del pubis, que la mayoría de las veces se caen solos y si no se pueden quitar a los 10 a 12 días dependiendo del paciente. El paciente puede reanudar sus actividades en aproximadamente 3 semanas
